Dear Industry partners & Associates,
Please join me in congratulating Linda Price on her announcement to retire from her 31 year career in the Lighting and Electrical industry. Linda is very excited to begin phase 2 of her life in which she will spend her time giving back to those in need.
Linda’s illustrious career began in 1982 when she graduated from Purdue University with a BS degree in Environmental Design. She spent the next 4 years employed by Kirby Risk Electrical Supply. The next 27 years were spent in the Lighting Industry quickly earning respect from her peers as a knowledgeable and ethical specification sales representative. She began with the EF Miles / Indy Lighting agency, moving to the Warble Purdue agency, Consolidated Lighting and finishing her last 12 years with LIGHTsource. During this period, she served as President of the local IES chapter in Indianapolis in 1993 and later served as a Board member.
We will greatly miss Linda’s contributions to LIGHTsource. I will personally miss Linda as a friend and valuable colleague for guidance and advice. Linda’s industry knowledge and work ethic have been a benchmark and the foundation for our success at LIGHTsource.
Please join me in thanking Linda for all that she has contributed to the Lighting & Electrical Industry and wishing her the best in the next phase of her life. We will announce a gathering soon for all of the industry to join in person to thank Linda.
